FAQ

Who is it for,really?

Can I come as an individual, or is this only for companies and institutions?+

Both are welcome. Individual support is for executives, athletes, students, caregivers and anyone facing high nervous-system load. Collective formats serve leadership teams, departments, clubs, federations, schools and healthcare institutions. The shape adapts to the structure: group assessments, prevention workshops, training protocols and tracked outcomes.

Which athletic profiles benefit most?+

Any sport where vigilance, visual precision, reaction time or stress management matters: precision disciplines, combat sports, endurance, elite team sports. The work targets the nervous foundation — reaction, recovery, emotional stability — and also supports technical and medical staff who want to optimise preparation and load management.

How does it fit into an organisation that already uses coaching or workplace wellness?+

GEN does not replace coaching, training or occupational health; it works upstream on nervous-system regulation. Better regulation makes coaching more productive, training more absorbable and wellness programmes more effective. We can align with your internal partners, transparently and using measurable indicators.

Can students and healthcare workers really benefit?+

Yes. Their cognitive load is often structural: sustained attention, irregular hours, emotional responsibility, persistent fatigue. A better-regulated nervous system improves attention quality, resilience and recovery. We offer individual pathways and prevention programmes for institutions.

What is the difference between individual support and a collective intervention?+

Individual support is built on a personalised assessment and training sessions tailored to your level and load. A collective intervention focuses on prevention, organisational health and supporting a team or structure: it may include individual assessments, shared protocols, group debriefs and indicator tracking.

Is there a format for small teams or executive committees?+

Yes. Corporate and team programmes are calibrated to size, preferred frequency and goals. They can run on-site, at our location or in a blended format, with short sessions that fit demanding calendars. Each programme is scoped in advance and followed by measurable feedback.

How do you assess whether the method fits my profile?+

The initial assessment objectively measures your neurofunctional regulation and we discuss your load, goals and context. If the approach is not indicated or medical follow-up is needed, we refer you to the right professional. Fit is always decided from data, not promises.
