Geneva · Neuro Performance Dynamics

A steady nervous system.Under pressure and at rest.

Billions of connections in your brain. We help your nervous system fully unlock their potential.

We don't train the person. We train the system that drives them.

Manifesto

Train the system.
Not just the individual.

Most approaches work on the mind, the narrative or the behaviour. GEN works upstream — on the function that drives your vigilance, recovery, emotional stability and readiness to act. Your brain already has billions of connections. Neuro Performance Dynamics helps you make better use of them.

01

Measurable

An assessment objectifies your regulation level. Data comes first, not impressions.

02

Non-invasive

A functional practice — no medication, no verbalisation. You stay in charge of your pace.

03

Built for pressure

Designed for demanding contexts: executive leadership, elite sport, high-load professions.

The method

Train the system,at its source.

GEN builds on the Quertant method (Psycho-Sensory Culture), a neurofunctional regulation approach rooted in the study of the neuro-visual mechanisms that steer the central nervous system.

Neither therapy, coaching nor relaxation. A neurofunctional training: precise, progressive, measurable.

BOOK
Who it's for

For those who perform under pressure.

01

Executives

Continuous mental load, high-stakes decisions, fragmented sleep, recovery no longer keeping up.

executives ; managers ; professionals exposed to chronic stress

"

Cognitive fatigue, chronic stress and sustainable performance: understanding the role of the nervous system in the modern enterprise. High-performing organizations rely not only on their people's skills, but on their ability to sustain cognitive, emotional and physiological resources over time.

02

Athletes

Reactivity, focus, in-situation stress management, recovery quality and consistency of performance.

athletes ; sportspeople

"

Reactivity, focus and recovery: the nervous system is the invisible foundation of athletic performance. Sustainable athletes are distinguished not only by technique, but by their ability to regulate neural load and bounce back between efforts.

03

High-exposure roles

Professions with repeated operational stress, where nervous stability underpins safety and durability.

firefighters ; law enforcement ; military

"

Vigilance, stability and operational resilience: in high-stress professions, the nervous system becomes a safety issue. Sustainable performance depends as much on technical mastery as on the ability to maintain nervous balance under pressure.

The process

A clear pathway,
in three phases.

01
≈ 1 h 15

The assessment

An objective measure of your regulation level. You leave with a clear read of your situation and a tailored plan.

02
≈ 30 min / session

The training

Short sessions of progressive visual exercises, at a pace matched to your load. Difficulty grows with you.

03
Milestones

The results

A steadier regulation settles in: more stable energy, deeper recovery, clarity and presence.

Observed results

What changes,
in practice.

01

Sleep quality

More restorative nights and a more regular wake-up.

02

Recovery

The ability to bounce back faster, even after intense periods.

03

Focus

Sustained attention and less drift during demanding tasks.

04

Stress management

A steadier nervous response under pressure.

05

Emotional stability

More clarity and calm in high-stakes situations.

FAQ

Frequently askedquestions.

Is it medical?+

No. GEN offers non-medical neurofunctional regulation support. We do not make diagnoses and we do not deliver treatments. Our work sits upstream: sustaining the regulation function of the nervous system so that rest, sleep, focus and recovery become effective again. It never replaces medical or psychological care — it can, however, complement it, in full transparency with your health professionals.

Is it a treatment?+

No. It is training, closer to structured physical preparation — but applied to the nervous system. No substance, no manipulation, no prescription. The exercises are short, progressive and target precise neuro-visual mechanisms so the system regulates more accurately. You remain fully in charge of your pace throughout.

Is it coaching?+

No. We do not set professional goals, do not build verbal action plans and do not intervene in your decisions or leadership posture. GEN works upstream, on the function that conditions your mental availability, emotional stability and recovery capacity. Many clients find that their coaching, preparation or management naturally becomes more effective afterwards.

Is it psychotherapy?+

No. There is no exploration of the past, no psychological analysis, no interpretation. The approach is strictly non-verbal and functional: we observe and train how your nervous system regulates vigilance, tension and recovery. If psychological support is ongoing or desired, GEN can sit alongside it as complementary work on the function — never as a substitute.

How long does it take?+

The initial assessment lasts about 1 hour 15 minutes: interview, objective measurements and a personalized read-out. The training sessions that follow are deliberately short — about 30 minutes — to fit demanding schedules and respect the physiology of the nervous system, which progresses better through brief, regular stimulation than through long efforts.

How many sessions?+

It depends on your starting point, your load and your goals. In practice, a regular rhythm — typically weekly — over several weeks is what allows changes to settle. A first threshold is usually noticeable within a handful of sessions; consolidation takes longer. We adjust the rhythm and duration together, based on the measured indicators.

Who is it for?+

Anyone who has to decide, perform and recover under sustained pressure: executives, senior managers and professionals exposed to chronic stress, elite athletes, operational roles (law enforcement, healthcare, aviation…), students in demanding periods. GEN also serves people who want to prevent burnout rather than endure it.

Are there any contraindications?+

Some active eye conditions (for instance a progressive retinal disorder) or neurological conditions (unstabilized epilepsy, recent head-injury after-effects) may require prior medical advice or an adapted protocol. We systematically assess these elements during the initial assessment and can, if needed, liaise with your physician.

How do you measure progress?+

Through objectified indicators reviewed at regular intervals: neuro-visual regulation measurements, sleep quality and continuity, recovery speed, sustained-attention capacity, emotional stability in real situations. These milestones make progress visible and let us adjust the plan — the work is driven by data, not impressions.

Why have you devoted so many years to this approach?+

Because, in our experience, changes obtained at the level of nervous-system regulation are among the most durable. When the function stabilizes, everything that depends on it — decisions, recovery, focus, stress management, sleep — becomes more reliable. Investing in this function is investing in long-term performance rather than in surface-level adjustments.

Why did you create Neuro Performance Dynamics?+

To give Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland a dedicated space for people under pressure: structured, measurable, non-medical, and aligned with the real stakes of sustainable performance. The goal is to make an approach that bridges applied neuroscience, methodological rigor and discretion genuinely accessible to executives, athletes and institutions.

Why are you convinced the nervous system deserves to be better understood?+

Because we readily train skills, muscles or mindset — and neglect the system that coordinates all of it. Yet it is this system that ultimately decides your ability to recover, to stay focused and to keep going over time. Understanding it better opens the door to real prevention and to performance that is not paid for at the expense of health.

"
When I began my re-education with Alexandra, I felt as though my nervous system had short-circuited under an accumulation of reactions to draining events. Anxiety attacks, sleep issues, lack of concentration, bruxism… I have already noticed significant changes on several points, and I look forward to completing this remarkable method to consolidate these gains for good. Alexandra's caring and professional support is a real asset for reaching one's full potential.

"
A very professional approach with more than satisfying results. Genuine listening and trust from the very first meeting. My fatigue and anxiety have disappeared. I strongly recommend it. Thank you for these sessions.

"
At 40, I turned to the Quertant method with Alexandra for emotional challenges and chronic stress that were weighing heavily on my daily life. After three months, I felt a deep sense of calm and a real evolution in the way I handle my emotions. Alexandra's professionalism, expertise and caring attentiveness put me at ease and made my transformation possible. I also brought my 13-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum, and I was struck by the progress he made: his verbal communication improved considerably, and his focus during 30-minute tests is simply remarkable. He now handles his frustrations and emotions far better. I warmly recommend this method to anyone seeking effective, human support to restore balance and serenity — for themselves or for a loved one.

"
Certainly the best coaching I have experienced, following a meeting with its founder, Alexandra Lévy, whose empathy and warmth deserve to be revealed and shared — these qualities are so rare. Thanks to the Quertant method, I understood and much better grasped the importance of rebalancing my central nervous system. It is in-depth work that delivers powerful results on stress management, emotions, sleep quality and digestion. Like any method, it needs a pilot. Alexandra Lévy is a seasoned practitioner with formidable pedagogy. Thank you for your precious support!
